FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER COURSE: fee £350.00p inclusive STUDY MANUAL, FULL TUITION and CERTIFICATION one to one or classroom based training. Consists of Theory and Practical Examinations.

SPORTS NUTRITION COURSE: fee £150.00p inclusive STUDY MANUAL, FULL TUITION and CERTIFICATION one to one or classroom based training. Consists of Theory Examination (only)

PACKAGE DISCOUNT.. If you enrol on both of the above certification courses you are entitled to a discount of £50.00p Total Fee £450.00p

INFORMATION. When you enrol on your course and pay your deposit(i.e.DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE) you will be provided with your STUDY MANUAL this is a very in depth manual and you must always keep as your reference guide. Your exams will only cover the subjects within the manual, but each subject will be broken down into easy to understand terminology i.e BITE SIZE SECTIONS so that you will grasp a deep understanding of the subject. At the end of each study module you will be tested and not allowed to go onto the next subject until you fully understand and pass the test in each section. You will be allowed to choose when you study if you choose the one to one method of certification, PLEASE NOTE.. Classroom based study is available throughout the year subject to a minimum of 10 STUDENTS, however we do find that given the choice individuals prefer to study one to one distance. We always provide a help line either email or telephone and will be happy to answer any of you questions or problems concerning your course, just call US....... If you have decided to take the FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATION COURSE we will request that you start to attend regular classes at least once a week as it is required that you learn CLASS COMPONENTS and the way to plan a class. We require wriiten proof what classes you attend with dates and signature ....This is vital to your training as you will be asked to perform an assignment to complete your PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT, duration approx 30 minutes. PERSONAL WEIGHT-MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION FEES

ONE TO ONE CONSULTATION FEE: £20 @ hour inclusive (NO EXTRAS) as often as the client requires...... We would suggest at least once a week or once a fortnight.
