It-Figures, is the nutrition and weight management section of OUR company. We Know that everyone out there wants to eat a health diet if they can, and our aim is to guide you in the right direction, first by providing you with healthy option foods, this will be coming to you soon with It-Figures mobile catering, as seen on previous page.... We await any comments that you may have regarding this service....? However we can also offer you a one to one mobile Weight Management Service, your own personal Weight Management Consultant, and we are looking for clients now within the Merseyside area and NORTHWEST.

The way it works is, we work with you on a confidential Consultant/Client basis, no-one else will be involved. If you decide you want our help just telephone or email us and briefly inform us what you require i.e. to lose weight or maybe to gain weight and start eating a healthier diet or maybe just a change in lifestyle? This is your first step...We will then arrange a meeting with you either at your home or a venue, and we will build a profile of what you need and want from our service, to help you towards the NEW YOU!

We will then design your own personal diet plan based on K.Cals/ calorie counting, this plan will be built around the foods you enjoy so that you do not feel that you are restricted and not allowed the treats that you love and enjoy. We will arrange a weekly consultation with you and support and motivate you every step of the way. There will be advice on exercise this will be planned around what you are physically capable of doing, and not pushing you into VIGOROUS AEROBICS or into JOGGING, as if you are not used to this kind of exercise, then it could be dangerous and with a high risk of injury.... One of the best things about one to one consultation is you need never be embarrassed as you may in a group consultation, however if you would like to join us with a friend or two then that is your choice and we have no objection what so ever...

Fianally the subject of our fees. We would charge on an hourly basis, and there could be discounts involved if you join with a friend or a small group of friends. All our fees will be explained to you in detail after we receive your enquiry.... It does not cost to ask for information so why not contact us now?
